Client Service Manager
This is an onsite opening for our New Jersey office. Successful candidate will be taking care of all our customer relations including resolving client queries, developing strategies for improving customer services and also and bring new clients on board.
- Interact with clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Encourage repeat-business from clients.
- Oversee a team of customer service agents and mentor them in providing exceptional client experience.
- Be a SPOC to all customers from key accounts.
- Liaise with different departments about client queries.
- Offer advice to clients on services and products.
- Develop surveys and capture client information.
- Participate in marketing campaigns.
- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
- 5+ years prior experience in customer facing roles in IT software services domain.
- Proven experience in a leadership role is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.
- Must have good experience in Presales activties too.
- Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
- Exceptional skills in dealing international clients.
- Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience.
