Business Development Manager
We are looking for strong business development executives who have extensive expertise in both IT products and services sales for International clients.

Project Location(s): Chennai, India
Education: Any Degree
Compensation: 6 L/ pa
Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing of IT Services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, in international markets like US or UK
- All Pre sales activities including creating a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client
- Business Development with Domestic / Overseas clients
- Online Lead generation / Online Marketing
- Need analysis & Online Demonstrations
- Proposal Submission
- Negotiation & Closing
- Inside / Outside Sales
- Build relationships with customers and seek references
- Create reports, PPT, Content and Email Campaign
Desired Profile
- Candidates who worked with similar companies and role will be preferred.
- Should be point of contact for all Pre sales activities.
- Exposure to bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer is must
- Good in utilizing mediums like Facebook and LinkedIn and other social mediums to generate leads and sales.
- Should be able to create various sales channels.
- Cold calling experience to USA/UK clients is preferred
- Should have excellent communication.
- Highly Sales oriented to convert all leads.
- Local marketing knowledge is essential.
- Should have Closed a good number of deals for international clients
- Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
- Candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with the IT technologies Web/Mobile/IoT technologies.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years for experience in online bid pre-sales profile for Web Dev, Mobile app services.
- Should have strong communication skills and excellent in drafting emails/making presentations and attending calls.
- Experience in IT Service based company is a must.
